Weddings
We can assure you of a successful and memorable reception, with our beautifully presented function rooms, varied selection of menu options and professional service from our friendly staff.
The Phillips/McHugh Lounge – at $400 is our smaller room and will seat up to 140 guests.
The Gardner Lounge – at $460 is our largest room and will seat up to 230 guests.
If you require facilities for over 230 guests, the rooms can be opened out and seat up to 370 guests. A new room hire charge will be worked out for you. Each room is equipped with a bar, stage, dance floor, microphone & lectern.
Facilities
Room facilities include setting up of the room to your requirements, with seating at round or long tables, white linen tablecloths are laid with the appropriate table settings (polished silver cutlery, glassware & crockery) with either white linen serviettes or paper serviettes to match your colour scheme, a stage to elevate the bridal table with matching table skirting for your bridal table, cake table and present table, a round cake table, with silver cake knife, cake packets and baskets to serve the cake in.
A wishing well is also included if required and an easel is available to display the seating arrangements for your guests, with the names typed for you if required. A piano can be hired at a cost of $50, and a Data Projector is available on request at no extra charge. Laptops are available at a cost of $90.
Mood Lighting is available in our reception rooms. This is lighting around the room that can be changed to suit your desired colour scheme and give the room a look of elegant colour. It can then be changed later in the evening once the mood changes to perhaps a dance feel with flashing lights. There are many different options and colours available to add that extra special effect to your wedding reception.
